During his few short years away from the PSD, Jones furthered his knowledge and education through valuable training and obtained certifications in various areas of diesel and large vehicles. In 2013, he returned to St. Andrews PSD as Chief Mechanic and was quickly promoted to Assistant Superintendent of Environmental Services.
