St. Andrews Public Service District wants to give their employees the tools, resources, and support they need to successfully complete their daily tasks and overall jobs efficiently and effectively while being content with their work environment.
The mission of the Employee Suggestion Program (ESP) is to provide St. Andrews Public Service District employees with the opportunity to express their thoughts and concerns to administration about their jobs and work environment.
The Employee Suggestion Program has a Committee that sorts through and implements the employee suggestions. Each Department Head sits on the Committee and acts as their department representative and an Administrator, who also sits on the Committee, handles it’s daily operations.
